Some seniors have a quiet confidence that shows up the moment they step in front of the camera. Reggan Borchers is exactly that. A member of the Nichole Sieck Photography Senior Rep Team and a Linn-Mar Class of 2026 senior, Reggan brings authenticity, kindness, and a calm confidence to everything she does — whether she’s on the field, with friends, or during her senior session.
Meet Reggan
Reggan describes herself as empathetic, caring, and spontaneous, which feels spot-on the moment you meet her. She’s involved in softball, basketball, NHS, and Lion Leaders, balancing athletics with leadership and service.
Her favorite part of senior year so far has been football games, soaking in the energy, school spirit, and memories that make this year so special.
Life After Graduation
After graduation, Reggan plans to attend a four-year college, with current plans pointing toward the University of Cincinnati. Wherever she lands, she’s heading into her next chapter with intention and excitement.
Why She Joined the Senior Rep Team
Reggan applied to be part of the Nichole Sieck Photography Senior Rep Team because she loved the idea of sharing information and experiences with others in her grade. From the start, she’s been thoughtful, encouraging, and fully present — exactly the kind of energy that makes the team special.
Favorite Rep Team Moments
Her favorite rep team shoot so far has been Palisades-Kepeler Park — a location that brings together natural beauty, movement, and connection. It was a moment that allowed everyone to relax, have fun, and just be themselves.
When asked about her experience working with me, Reggan shared:
“Amazing — truly been so fun, and I’ve been able to be myself.”
Senior Session Style & Locations
Reggan chose a mix of locations for her senior session, including Palisades, Downtown Cedar Rapids, and Wanatee Park. Each spot gave her session variety while still feeling natural and true to who she is.
Her style leaned fancy yet casual — starting with a long dress and transitioning into more relaxed looks — giving her gallery both elegance and personality.
Her favorite part of her senior session was getting to express herself through posing and movement, which always leads to the most genuine images.
Outfit Advice for Future Seniors
Reggan’s advice for future seniors planning their outfits is simple and spot-on:
Wear something that truly expresses who you are. When you feel like yourself, confidence follows — and it shows in every photo.
Would She Recommend the Experience?
Absolutely.
Reggan describes the senior rep experience as welcoming and easy, especially for seniors who might feel a little nervous at first. The environment is supportive, relaxed, and designed to help you feel comfortable being yourself.
Reggan is a wonderful example of what this season is all about — growth, confidence, and capturing who you are right now before life moves forward.
